Subscription Protocol

⚠️ This Agreement applies when you subscribe to a periodic auto-renewal plan during your use of the services provided by QUANTUMNET TEC LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") via the DramaTop app, and authorize the Company or its designated partners to automatically deduct subscription fees. Please read and fully understand all terms of this Agreement carefully before enabling the auto-renewal service, especially those marked in bold. If you do not agree to any of the terms or are unable to understand them clearly, please do not click "Agree." By clicking "Agree" or confirming by other means, you acknowledge and accept all terms of this Agreement, which will become legally binding.

1. Service Description

1.1 This service allows you to subscribe to a periodic auto-renewal plan (such as VIP membership, viewing services, etc.) via the DramaTop App and authorizes the Company or its partnered third-party payment processors to automatically deduct the subscription fee from your payment account before each billing cycle ends. 1.2 Subscription cycle: Subscription periods may include weekly, monthly, or annual plans. The actual period is based on your selection at the time of purchase. 1.3 Once auto-renewal is enabled, you will not need to manually complete each payment. The Company or its partnered payment processors will automatically deduct the subscription fee from your authorized account before each billing cycle ends without requiring password, payment PIN, or SMS verification, ensuring uninterrupted service. 1.4 Specific auto-renewal rules (including but not limited to deduction timing, period, and amount) will be displayed when you enable the service. You should authorize the service only if you have no objections.

2. Auto-Renewal Authorization

2.1 You understand and agree that by enabling auto-renewal, you authorize the Company or its partnered payment processors to automatically deduct the next subscription fee from the bound payment account (including but not limited to Apple Pay, Google Play, Visa cards, local credit cards, etc.). 2.2 Deductions for auto-renewal are typically made 1 day before or on the day your current subscription period ends, depending on the payment provider's execution policy. 2.3 If you do not disable the auto-renewal service within 24 hours before the deduction time, you are deemed to have agreed to the deduction. 2.4 If the deduction fails due to insufficient balance, account anomalies, or other reasons not caused by the Company, you shall bear the consequences (including service interruption, resubscription, etc.).

3. Service Price and Adjustments

3.1 Renewal prices and corresponding services are subject to the store display at the time you activate the service. 3.2 If there are changes in service pricing prior to deduction, the Company will notify you via the in-app store interface. You have the right to choose whether to continue the subscription. 3.3 If you do not agree to the new pricing, you must cancel the auto-renewal before the current subscription cycle ends; otherwise, it will be considered that you agree to the new pricing.

4. Cancelling Auto-Renewal

4.1 You may cancel auto-renewal at any time by contacting us at DramatoSup@yeah.net, or through your payment method provider (such as Apple ID settings, Google Play subscriptions, credit card apps, etc.). 4.2 Once canceled, the service will terminate at the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be made.

5. Risk Notification

5.1 You are responsible for maintaining account security. Any losses caused by account information leakage shall be borne by you. 5.2 Any auto-renewal deductions made by the Company before you cancel the service are considered valid and will not be refunded, unless otherwise provided in the Refund Policy (Section 8).

6. Effectiveness and Termination of the Agreement

6.1 This Agreement takes effect on the day you enable the auto-renewal service and remains effective until the service is canceled or terminated. 6.2 Upon canceling the auto-renewal service, this Agreement is terminated but does not affect rights and obligations accrued before termination.

7. Miscellaneous

7.1 You must ensure the payment account used is legally owned and has sufficient funds. You shall bear all consequences and liabilities for deduction failures due to your own reasons. 7.2 The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement in accordance with operational needs or relevant laws and regulations. Modifications will be publicly announced or notified in advance within the App. If you disagree with the changes, you may cancel the auto-renewal service. Continued use will be deemed acceptance of the changes. 7.3 In the event of a breach by either party, the other party has the right to seek compensation or remedies through the agreed dispute resolution methods. Any disputes arising during the performance of this Agreement shall be resolved amicably. If that fails, either party may file a lawsuit with a court in the Company's jurisdiction (Hong Kong Special Administrative Region).

8. Refund Policy

8.1 A subscription membership is a virtual digital service. Once activated and used, no refund will be granted for personal reasons. However, a full refund will be provided in the following cases: • If the subscription fee is deducted without your explicit consent • If auto-renewal occurs after you have already canceled the subscription • If membership cannot be used normally due to platform technical failure, content removal, or service unavailability • For unauthorized payments by minors (subject to legal verification and handling) • As otherwise required by applicable laws and regulations 8.2 A partial refund may be approved if you apply within a short period after payment and have not yet used any membership benefits (e.g., no access to premium content). 8.3 To request a refund, contact our customer service at DramatoSup@yeah.net and provide: order screenshot, order number, last four digits of your payment method, payment email address, and detailed reason for refund. The platform will review your request within 3–5 business days, and approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 7–15 business days. 8.4 No refund will be granted if: • The membership has been activated and used (consumption of any premium feature) • The request is based on personal subjective reasons (e.g., change of mind, not satisfied with content) • The subscription cycle has already expired • There is a violation of the platform's user agreement or terms of use 8.5 For payment failures, please submit a screenshot or recording of the failure to online customer service for resolution. 💡 Note: Refund requests must be made within a reasonable timeframe. The Company reserves the right to verify eligibility before processing any refund.
