A. Your Acceptance of the Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (including the Acceptable Use Policy) form a binding legal agreement between you and QUANTUMNET TEC LIMITED, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("QUANTUMNET", "we", "us", or "our"). They govern your use of the DramaTop application, any related websites, services or products ("Service"). The Service is strictly for consumers and not for use by users under 18 years of age. By registering for a user account ("Account") or otherwise using the Service, you represent that (1) you are age 18 or older (or 18+ in EU/EEA), (2) you fully understand and agree to these Terms, and (3) if between 13 and 18, your legal guardian has reviewed and agreed. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SERVICE. QUANTUMNET reserves the right to change these Terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance. We recommend you print a copy for future reference.

When we use "writing" or "written" in these Terms, it includes electronic communications.
C. Relationship to Other Agreements
Your use of the Service may be subject to third-party agreements (e.g., Apple, Google). If any conflict exists between those agreements and these Terms with respect to QUANTUMNET or the Service, these Terms shall control.
D. User Accounts
You agree to provide true, accurate and complete information when creating an Account and to keep it updated. Each user is limited to one Account per Device. You may not sell, transfer or assign your Account. You are responsible for maintaining password confidentiality and for all activities under your Account. Notify QUANTUMNET immediately of any unauthorized use at DramatoSup@yeah.net.
E. Rights to Use the Service; Subscriptions
Right to Use: Subject to compliance, QUANTUMNET grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial use on a single Device. Subscriptions & Payments: Certain portions require paid subscriptions. All payments are final and non-refundable except as expressly stated. You authorize QUANTUMNET to store payment method information and to bill recurring charges. If a payment fails, we may suspend access. Any pricing changes are at our discretion. Please contact us within 30 days of an erroneous charge. Transferring your Account: Only allowed when explicitly enabled by QUANTUMNET. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the Service beyond the rights granted herein.
F. Service Materials, Ownership, Trademarks and Feedback
Service Materials: All intellectual property rights in the Service (excluding Your Content) belong to QUANTUMNET and its licensors. You acquire no ownership by downloading or using the Service. "Service Materials" includes graphics, layout, software, data, logos, and all copyrightable elements. QUANTUMNET Marks: The terms "DramaTop", the QUANTUMNET logo, and related marks are trademarks of QUANTUMNET TEC LIMITED. You may not use them without prior written permission. Feedback: Any comments or suggestions you provide become the exclusive property of QUANTUMNET, and we may use them freely without compensation.
G / H. User Content & Your Content
"User Content" means any text, images, comments or other material you or other users submit. "Your Content" refers to User Content you make available. QUANTUMNET does not claim ownership of Your Content, but you grant us a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, display, distribute and sublicense Your Content in connection with the Service. You waive any moral rights to the extent permitted by law. We may remove any User Content at any time without notice.
J. Copyright & IP Infringement Claims
QUANTUMNET respects intellectual property rights. If you believe your work has been infringed via the Service, send a Notification of Claimed Infringement to our designated agent at DramatoSup@yeah.net (including signature, identification of works, location, contact information, good faith statement, and accuracy statement). We may terminate repeat infringers' Accounts. Counter-notifications are accepted according to Hong Kong Cap. 528. Misrepresentations may lead to legal liability.
K. Restrictions and Rules of Use
You must not misuse the Service: no viruses, denial-of-service attacks, unauthorized access, reverse engineering (except as permitted by law), or commercial resale. You must comply with all applicable laws. Any breach may result in criminal liability and immediate termination of access.
L. Virtual Currency and Goods
The Service may include Virtual Currency (e.g., coins, points) and Virtual Goods. QUANTUMNET may manage, modify or eliminate them at any time without liability. You have a limited license to use them solely within the Service. Virtual Currency and Goods are non-refundable, non-transferable outside the Service, and will be forfeited upon termination of your Account or the Service.
M. Posting & Linking
You may post limited Account profile information on personal or authorized third-party websites with proper attribution: "Copyright QUANTUMNET All Rights Reserved. Used With Permission." Framing the Service without written consent is prohibited. N. Use of Personal Information Your privacy matters. Please review our Privacy Policy (available on the Service) to understand our data practices.
O. Termination
You may terminate at any time by ceasing use and contacting DramatoSup@yeah.net. QUANTUMNET may terminate your Account at any time for any reason, including inactivity over one year. Upon termination, Your Content may be deleted, and no refunds will be provided for unused subscriptions or Virtual Currency. Sections F, H, O, P, Q, R, T, U, V survive termination.
Q. Disclaimers of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". QUANTUMNET AND ITS AFFILIATES DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. NO WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
R. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUANTUMNET SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $50 USD OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS, SO THESE MAY NOT FULLLY APPLY TO YOU.

S. Links to Third-Party Websites We are not responsible for third-party sites linked from the Service. Your use is at your own risk. T. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold QUANTUMNET harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights. U. Governing Law & Venue These Terms and any disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR), without regard to conflict of laws. The exclusive venue is the courts of HKSAR. EU consumers may rely on their local law. V. Other Important Terms You are responsible for data charges. No joint venture or agency is created. These Terms constitute the entire agreement. If any part is held invalid, the remainder remains in effect. We may assign these Terms without restriction. Survival: Sections F, H, O, P, Q, R, T, U, V shall survive termination of these Terms.
Acceptable Use Policy
PLEASE READ THIS POLICY CAREFULLY. This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") sets out content and conduct standards when using DramaTop. It forms part of our Terms of Use. Prohibited Uses You may use the Service only for lawful purposes. You agree NOT to: • Send unsolicited advertising, spam, pyramid schemes, or any form of solicitation. • Upload spyware, passive collection mechanisms, cheats, hacks, viruses, or any code designed to disrupt the Service. • Access unreleased content, hacked areas, or data not available through normal gameplay. • Interfere with security features, violate any laws, harm minors, or reveal personal information of others. • Engage in commercial activity without authorization, impersonate any person, or create multiple accounts per device. • Use automation software (bots), macros, or cheat utilities to modify the DramaTop experience. • Sell your Account or access for real currency or other value. You also agree not to access the Service through automated means (scrapers, crawlers) or by forging identifiers. Interactive Services & Content Standards We may provide chat rooms, forums, messaging, and other interactive features. When using them, User Content must not: • Be unlawful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, hateful, discriminatory, or promote violence. • Infringe any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights. • Contain excessive repetition, gibberish, off-topic posts, "flaming", "trolling", or spam. • Abuse reporting functions or bump threads inappropriately. Breach of this Policy Failure to comply constitutes a material breach of the Terms and may result in immediate suspension, permanent ban, removal of User Content, legal proceedings, and/or disclosure to law enforcement. QUANTUMNET reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate. Important: This Policy is not exhaustive. We may update it at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
